Restore purchases
In the game: Shop → “Restore Purchases”. Coins, looks and the Club subscription are tied to your Apple Account.
Cancel subscription
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → WhoBaller, or from the Club screen in the game. It stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Lost progress
Progress is stored on your device. Move it to a new device with an iCloud backup before deleting the game.
